ChromaDADDY ships out of Detroit, MI within the United States and internationally. Available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 48 hours before shipping. Processing time may be longer during launches, sales, restocks, or high-volume periods. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using UPS. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Domestic and international delivery times vary by location and service selected. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options reduce transit time only. They do not shorten order processing time.

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
